Refund policy

Merchandise is eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase, if item is unworn/unused, in the same condition you received it & in original packaging with invoice included.  If the above criteria is not met, merchandise cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you intend to return your item, please email us at info@coraandviola.com or call at 314-825-4244 to begin the return process. Upon approval, please mail your return to 2324 Malibu Dr, St Charles, MO 63303. Once returned merchandise is received and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
